Christian de Kerangal biography
In February 2015, Christian de Kerangal joined the Institut de l’Epargne Immobilière et Foncière as Deputy General Manager. He became Managing Director in july 2016.
From 2011 to 2014, Christian de Kerangal was the Managing Director of Crédit Foncier Immobilier, in charge of advisory, valuation and research, and the President of Crédit Foncier Expertise.
Holder of a DESS degree in construction law and urban planning, he previously was the Head of Research at Bourdais, then at CBRE between 1996 and 2004, then CEO and member of the board of IPD France & South Europe (MSCI) from 2004 to 2010, a company specialized in Investment and operating property performance analysis.
He is Vice President and former President of the « Observatoire de l’Immobilier d’Entreprise en Ile-de-France (ORIE) », former President of the FIJI association and member of the French Institute of Expertise in Real Estate (IFEI) . He is also a Fellow of RICS (FRICS).
He teaches the “Commercial Real Estate” course for the “Real Estate Management” Master 2 at Paris IX Dauphine university and within the Master « Management Urbain et Immobilier » (ESSEC).
